This definitely sounds like the CPU is overheating, graphics card is overheating, or your memory is failing.

First, I would want you to check your memory. If you are using more than one memory module, be sure that they are the same brand and speed. Different types of memory modules can cause an unstable system. If they are the same, then test them one after the other. You can use a good eraser to clean the golden edges of the memory. If problem persists, then you would have to change your processor with a working one and see the results. If after all the this your problem still persists, then it is very likely that we are dealing with a faulty motherboard.
