there are several reasons first is your phone,is your phones firware capable of receiving multimedia messages? second your subscription, meaning does your current subscription allow mms/data transfers? last is operator problems, some glitches of some sort causing some subscribers having difficulties in different ways. so check it step by step, youll find whats wrong.
I'm afraid you'll have to hard reset your device, in order to get rid of such a condition. To do it, first turn your device off. Then, press and hold both softkeys (the ones marked with '-'), and, whilst keeping the softkeys pressed, briefly press the power button, to turn your device on. Release the softkeys when instructions pop up on the screen. Follow them. Bear in mind that this process is timed out. So, if you miss some step, you'll have to start it over again. Hope you are able to sort your problems out.

uncaught exceptions of any kind usually mean that there is a corrupted file in your phone. The only way to get rid of it is to reload the phones software by connection your phone up to the blackberry desktop manager and run application loader
Sounds like the executable or file may be corrupted. I am sure you have already tried to restart the phone by pulling the battery.
Was there any error messages?
If all else fails I would Master reset the phone which makes it go back to factory settings.
