I have a Dell Latitude D830. How do I disable touchpad when using usb connected mouse?

Disabling a touchpad is not required while you are using a USB mouse.
however if you wanted to do it, follow the steps given below depending on your windows

If it is XP follow the following steps

1)Right click on my computer Icon
2)Click on Manage
3)In the left side of this window click on device manager
4)In the right side of the windows you will see the device manager
5) In the device manager screen click on the plus sign adjacent to mice and other pointing devices
6)Now you should be able to see the touchpad listed there.
7) Right click on the touchpad and choose disable.

Note: remember to enable it before you disconnect your mouse, without the mouse enabling it back will be a challenge with your keyboard.

If it is vista / windows 7

Click on start or windows pearl
type device manager and click on the device manager appearing on top of the menu.
and then follow from step 5.

I have a Dell Latitude D610 Notebook PC when I put the internet cable in the back nothing won't happen.

it's likely that you do not have the drivers for the Broadcom nic loaded. Go into device manager and expand the Network adapter section. If you have no entry for the Broadcom or have a red cross against it (disabled) or there is a question mark agaist an unknown device listed under other then there's your problem.

Drivers can be downloaded from the DELL website.

Otherwise it could be the cable you are using or where it's connecting into.

Disable Track Stick

I don't believe so, I believe that it's integrated into the system. However, if it does have an enable/disable function, you will find it in either the device manager, or the system bios. If it's not in either of these, then you won't be able to disable it without removing it completely.
