Can i burn DL DVD's with my burner. If yes how.

I have the Pioneer External USB 2.0 DVD/CD WRITER DVR-X122 And it will not burd a media dvd at all I have tried every disk out there even took the damn thing in and they gave me a the Double Layer Disk and guess what it says the same thing it has said since I got the thing a few days ago wrong disk. What do I do now? Take the junk back were I got it and demand my mony back.

Only dvd burners with Double Layer DL DVD R Media compatibility are able to burn the Double Layer Media. If your dvd burner does not have the capabilities, it is possible to be upgraded to burn Double Layer media, check your burner manufacturer for details. Other ways to say it is DVD+R DL media, Double Layer DL Media, Dual Layer Media, and DL DVD R Media.
