Question about Samsung SGH-t329 Cellular Phone
I would like to know how I can get this phone debranded so that I can use the Sim card out of my old phone. The phone is already un-locked from T-mobile.
I purchased this phone while I was in the US and now want to use it in Australia on the Optus network.
ok here is your problem,, you said its unlocked right,,
Then its obiously a network compability issue, usually the phone isnt compability with the frequencey of your network,, This can be easily corrected by taking it to any cellular dealer who will just replace the necessary circuit or board.. I am not lying it may cost you a preety penny but to verify it will work, take it to the dealer and ask them why it aint working and i think they will tell you the exact thing i just said..

If your phone is already unlocked then you can use your sim from Australia. Debranding only gets rid of some preinstalled stuff like wallpapers/ringtones/startup+shut down screens.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
