First Check the Hardware connections
1) Check the power connection
2) check the USB Connection
Second Check the Software connectivity and Drivers
1) Checked by click Start
2) click Control Panel
3) then double-click Printers and Faxes
4) The Printers and Faxes
folder opens
5) Look for a black check mark next to the product icon
6) Right-click the icon for your product and then click Properties
. The printer Properties
window opens.
7) Click the Ports
tab.
8) Look for view the Ports
column to the left.
9) There should be a check mark next to the DOT4
port or the USB00?
10) under the Printer
column - make sure the product listed matches your product.
11) Restart the computer, and then try the print job again.
Try printing the TEST Page - Ctrl+P - go to printer preferences and print a test page
