How do i get a manual or a users guide for my Officejet 6500 e709a series

after removing the ink cartridge release the gray arm upward it well lose the print-head
clean and re install

Hi. To reset an HP Officejet 6500 E709a or 6500 Wireless E709n, follow these simple steps:
1. Press the (*) and (#) buttons on the printer control panel at the same time and let go.
2. Use right and left arrows to scroll trhough menu and select "Resets"
3. Select "Semi-Full" reset and printer will shut off in a few seconds.
4. Unplug the printer from wall and wait 30 seconds.
5. Plug in the printer, Turn printer on and selec basic settings.
Your printer is now reset!!!

This should be a good guide through fixing the screen. You will need a star shaped t10 and t8 screwdriver tip and a heat gun or hair fan with heat setting:

Select "Downloads".
Select "Documentation".
Download the User Guide manual, as a PDF file.

The belt that moves the carriage back and forth may be broken. Have a certified technician verify this and you may be able to have the belt replaced.

just check the connectivty between you print server by ping ing the ip address of print server.
