We just had the Acer Aspire PC checked and it is fine. The Acer Monditor is frozen & the curer will not move. We tried a new mouse & keyboard, but they wouldn't work either. Everything is plugged in correctly. Can you help?

NeroVampire, Will this problem happen while running other applications other than gaming software? I'm not a gamer so I don't fully understand how playing high speed games affects things such as memory usage and other things like how fast the monitor must be to not get lost or confused when the pc is pumping out screen data at a rate so high that the DSP cannot keep up with it. The only advice would be to swap in a different monitor and see if it screws-up also. You could also move the acer to a KNOWN GOOD fast pc and see if it gets confused there also. Good luck guy! I'm louie12fix on fixya.
I had the same problem but the white color became cyan. I "solved" the problem hiting the back of the monitor. I think that is a problem of contacts between the signal of the monitor and the pc. I have an acer 5610z. Juan Pablo.
