Question about Samsung SGH-E870 Cellular Phone
The phone was working properly for almost a year and then I brought it overseas with me to Asia where it continued to work. After I came back home, it couldn't pick up any reception at all. It doesn't show any bars, I can't call out or text anyone and the same for incoming calls/texts. I've already tried using other sim cards in this phone, the same thing occurs. My sim card works in other phones so it's not my service provider's problem. I tried manually switching networks but it still doesn't seem to pick up any signals. I tried resetting my phone, and it still doesn't work. Is there any suggestions on how I can get my phone to work again?! Thank you!!
Check your network setting usually quadband phone has a network setting for GSM 850/1900 and GSM 900/1800.
