This manufacture is notorious for system control board failue problems, most failures of this unit can be common to the Main Board assembly, and the inverter circuits. considering you symptons you will need to replace the Main board assembly.
Very easy to replaced the power supply board.Just take the tv aparts.Use a Philip screw driver take out about 6 philip screws and take out all the board connections to take out the power supply board.Just do the reverse to install the refurbish power supply board that u bought.U can try You Tube,might have video turtoring replacing boards.
