    Hello,

I have a KX-TG6052B and the secondary phone only works in speaker phone mode. When I press the talk botton to make a call I don't get a dial tone. When I recieve an incoming call I only hear it in the speaker phone mode. I have checked to make sure the phone isn't in mute mode. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The best thing to do is to call them back and have them send someone over. sounds like it was not setup the right way. They should have made sure eveything works before they left.

Phone keeps saying move closer to base

The handset may have unregistered from the phone. The instructions to reregister it are in the manual, but I'll list them here for you.

1. On the handset, press MENU 001
2. On the base unit
For models KX-TG6021/KX-TG6022/KX-TG6023
Press and hold LOCATOR until the IN USE indicator flashes.
For models KX-TG6051/KX-TG6052/KX-TG6053/KX-TG6054
Press and hold LOCATOR/INTERCOM until the IN USE indicator
flashes.
After the IN USE indicator starts flashing, the rest of the procedure
must be completed within 1minute.
3. Press OK on the handset, then wait until a beep sounds.
4. Press OFF on the handset.

Semi Dead Panasonic KX-TGA100N with ''C533'' displayed.

Panasonic KX-TG1050N Cordless Phone. Base handset (No. 1, KX-TGA100N) does not work, no keypad response or dial tone. Green indicator message light ON (should only work with the TG1000N base unit) all the time till battery runs down. Display shows message ?C533?. Can still send and receive calls on extension phones 2 and 3.
