I have a P4Titan series 865PE motherboard GA-8IPE1000 series AGP 8X dual Channel DDR motherboard does it have PCI Express in it our do i have to buy a new motherboard too?

PCI only. check out the DG965. it's affordable and supports PCIe and dual core CPU's
