When battery is attached to charger it says unable to charge.and battery icon is disappeared

This is a normal occurrence for this model. If you buy a new charger it should charge. This model has the old style of charging port. Whenever this happens to my phone, I buy a new charger and the problem is fixed.

"Unable to charge" message for W377 motorola (t-mobile)

Check the contacts between phone and battery, if necessary align or clean. Are you using original Motorola charger? This solved my problem; I was trying to charge it with one of those "universal" chargers.

Hope this helps!

Unable to charge battery

Clean charging port, remove battery, clean contacts between battery and phone, also be sure to use an original Motorola charger instead of one of those "universal" type chargers.

Battery will not fully or will not charge

Whenever you first purchase a device you must charge the phone fully otherwise if you charge it partially an then use it it will never charge good. You may need new battery see if youe warranty covers it \. If you are within 30 days of purchase you can exchange it at no cost!

West Loop - try a new battery if that does not work, try a new charger then take the phone and have the usb charging port replaced.

you need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them replaced the usb charger.

Not charging

when battery cannot charge, try another battery. If it is still cannot, then the problem is the charging port is not working. Need to replace it.

Dead battery won't recharge

if it still new and you've still got the warranty then you should ask for replacement of the whole unit.
seems that the problem of your phone is the unit itself, the charging circuit migth have disorders/malfuntioning.
ever tried checking for the specifications and directions for charging the unit.
i greatly suggest that if you got the warranty still, have it replaced.
good day!!!

Unable to charge

Sounds like a software issue, return/exchange the phone to your service provider.
