Do you have the software that came with it ?
The Samsung website doesn't have much as you can see: http://www.samsungcamera.com/customer/download/cus_down_main.asp

This website : http://driverscollection.com/?file_cid=389136679478b532f6aeeca8a43 has the driver, I downloaded it and scanned it to make sure this site is legit and the file is without viruses.

Now you can download it then click "Run" and continue the installation, then plug your camera in and it should recognize it, if you have problems respond with more details.

Good Luck and Please Rate

Need manual instuction to down load pictures to computer

You may download a copy of the manual from here.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

It's a camera, not a webcam. It records pics and videos, but doesn't stream them live to a computer.
