Some Canon printers require a reset of the "print counter" this is a method used by the manufacturers to get more money from the printer. If you can find a service shop they should be able to reset the counter for you. Ask them how to do it for your model and then you can save yourself the hassle in the future.

I have a canon pixma610 printer scanner. it gives an error message 'print head is incorrect "uo52"

The data connection between the processor of the printer and its printing head is flawed. This can be caused either by a bad connection (the head is badly installed in its carrier) or by a failure of the processor.
Try reseating the head - if the situation isn't fixed then the processor has failed. In that case the printer is dead, time for a new one.

I have some documents to print for my business, however one of the "colour" cartridges is empty and the printer refuses to print anything. I don't want colour printing, I only require black and...

It probably isn't even empty, it's just that the time is up on the cartridge.
Some of the printer companies are doing that, just to make more money. They sell the printers cheap then force you to buy their cartridges and stop printing long before the cartridge is actually empty.
Unfortunately, no; you can't force it.

I have an epson c45 printer last year it was pefectly performed and print well but due to high price ink we keep it inside our stock room until now we decided to use it again. Light are ok and functioning...

The problem is non use. Once used the printer has ink in the printheads and nozzles which will dry up and clog if left for a period of time.

This could need several head cleans to clear and potentially empty the ink carts before it's cleared.

I have an epson R300 which has 6 ink carts and I do quite a lot of printing my solution was to by a continuous ink supply system (I've had it 4 years now) and my ink costs can be counted in pennies.

The initial set up cost was less than the price of carts from Epson.

This is just an example of what it is, I would recommend though that you do your own search in Google (Epson c45 CISS) or Ebay (Epson CISS), find a retailer in your country (helps if you have problems/issues) and if they don't list for your model then contact them and ask.

I can't rcommend a retailer as I don't know which country you are from but the vast majority are most helpful.

Hope this helps you to get printing again.

Canon lbp 2900 printer compatible to window 7?

HI, yes this printer is compatible with Win 7. Windows 7 installs printer drivers automatically so should just be a case of connecting the printer up & turning it on. Please see if you require any of the bundled software

I have a pixma mp830. I try to print in color but it comes out mostly pink with lines everywhere. I have taken all ink cartridges and replaced them with new ones. I took out the holder for the cartridges...

Hi and good day, I have been in an ink refilling for almost 6 years. Base on the problem that you encountered, I also encounter it several times. The thing that you have mentioned about cleaning can be helpful if your ink cartridge's printer head is still good.

Now, you do the cleaning in the maintenance, if you have not done it. If the print does this same thing, I conclude that the problem is the printer head of your cartridge. Your ink cartridges printer head have it's life span. If your printer is EPSON the printer head is attached to the printer right? then you need to replaced it with a new printer. But if your printer is canon, you an buy a new ink cartridges with a good printer head status.

Hope this help and if my answer doesn't help.. hope I could get more questions that could help me make my answer clear to you.
