Question about HP Pavilion zd8000 Notebook
I recently tried to reformat my hp pavilion zd8000. i placed the application and driver recovery disc in and was asked if i wanted to install the software i said yes it carried on with the install. it then did a reboot on completion and now i can only start up in safe mode. please any help.
OK, the reason ya can only start in Safe Mode is probably because of a "Driver" problem...
What ya need to do now is install the Video, Audio, and Motherboard, Network, etc "Drivers".
Have a look in device manager and see if there are any conflicts etc... ie: any that have a Yellow exclamation mark and if so, use the "Update Driver" and point it to your driver CD.
If ya haven't got a drivers disk then simply go to the HP web site find your type of Lappy and download the Drivers from here, Ya can use Safe mode with Networking hopefully, ya won't don't need the Network Card Driver... lol.. If ya do and still don't have a Driver, use another PC and perhaps copy to a flash drive etc... anyway good luck.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

use this website to download your drivers, (you need to select your model, etc just follow the prompts,
obviously if your networking is out then you need to use a working computer to download all the drivers, stick them on a CD or mem stick and get them onto your lappy that way
