You have to put the phone in discovery mode. To do this go to options or find something that says discovery mode and it should put it in discovery mode for about 3 minutes.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

What is the most up to date list of verizon phones that can

Hi There,

List of Compatible Phones can be found here.
http://www.tomtom.com/phones/compatibility/devices.php
If you had your old voyager connect, make sure when you connect the new voyager, delete the phone on your tomtom in the manage phone option and delete the tomtom from the mobile in the bluetooth/paired devices option.
Then try again and get the tomtom to connect to your mobile.

Thanks,
Pabz

I phoned tomtom help line, they sent me a download by email which i ran on the tomtom which wipes the flash memory clean. Then did a download of latest tomtom operating system form tomtom Home software. When i tried to setup wireless data connection i couldnt believe how quick and easy it done it and now works amazing fast to find traffic updates in secs !! They told me that if you have used the tomtom with a few phones and changed a lot of settings the flash memory gets full and thats what made it stuggle to connect and was slow. Im so pleased it was driving me mad !! Hope you resolve urs the same. The number is 08451610009 Darren.

2 years old need to update maps tomtom 910

Hello mm1112,

Map updates for your TomTom GPS can be purchased and installed through the TomTom HOME GPS manager program. You will need to download and install the TomTom HOME software onto your computer.

You can find this software on the TomTom Plus Services website located here: http://www.tomtom.com/plus/service.php?ID=17.

Tom Tom Unable to find my phone

Most Motorola mobile phones can only remain discoverable by other Bluetooth devices for a period of 60 seconds. Occasionally this period is too short to complete the pairing process with a TomTom device.

Unable to connect to tomtom plus services

here is the thing....not all phones are compaitlbe for the hands free calling nor the PLUS services...phones with tmobile and att&t are the only providers that are going to work...the PLUS services use a gprs wireless connection(which is needed), verizon, sprint, rogers, nextel, usea cdma wireless connection.
