I have a Logitech QuickCam for Notebooks and my friend is using a Microsoft cam. I can see her and hear her and she can hear me, but she can not see me. We're both using Windows Live and she's been trying to help me, but it's not working. Help?

There are numerous reasons why this may be occuring. The first thing I would recommend is that you try to connect with another person using Windows Live and check if they can see you. Its surprisingly common that the assumption is that the issue is with your hardware/software, but consider that it may be a setting on your friend's computer not allowing her to see you. Could be a very simple fix!

If that doesn't work, ensure that your operating software is up to date and log on to Logitech's website and see if there are any updates for your specific quickcam.
