Question about Televison & Video
I have an Audiovox PVS69701 dual-screen DVD system. It consists of a master unit with screen that plays the DVDs and a slave monitor. The master unit plays DVDs on its own screen but does not put out a video signal from the video out jack to feed the monitor. The slave monitor works with another video source. I have tried different cables. Any help is appreciated.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: I have the Audiovox dual
I am trying to find the same cable, but longer. I have the one that comes with it, but one of the RCAs broke right off in the winter. I am going to get a new Triple RCA that is really long so I can run it under the floormats. I really would like to find a longer "power" cord if possible...Any idea where to find one?

you need to first replace the laser mechanism, if that doesnt work you then need to replace the printed circuit board that conects to the laser meachanism.

SOURCE: audiovox pvs69701 trouble shoot.
Open the casing, check the following and follow the instructions.
1. Clean the lens using cotton or cotton cloth.
2 Take extra care not to touch the lens with bare hands.
3. If the player displays "no disc" right after closing the tray then
check capstan motor if it spins smoothly.
4. Replace capstan motor if it cannot spin smoothly or if it seems it
cannot spin the disc.

I had the same problem, and it seems to be a short in the video cable between the two monitors. I can bend my cable until i see the second screen and then tuck it under the headrest. I am currently looking for a replacement cable. I see it at 1800customersupport.com, but will also check the local radioshack since I need it quickly.
