I recenlty bought one and had the same problem when I let it automatically sync with Media Player. Finally I went in to the Menu, down to Settings, selected it and then down to USB and select that. Change the USB setting from Auto Detect to MSC and exit back out. Now when you connect it will look like a USB flash drive and you can drag and drop songs or folders. When you disconnect it will automatically sort and arrange, and everything seems to play fine. I'm still working on making a playlist work, but no luck yet.

Per scan disk it is fried. If it is still under warrenty, run and exchange it. I not you are screwed. Never buy a scan disk product again.

Mine is doing the same thing. Had it for about a year.
The solution "the battery doesn't charge all the way", exactly what is that supposed to mean? I put in brand new batteries and still doesn't work.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hi,

Have you gone to the mp3 player in my computer?
windown media player doesnt normaly put them into the music folder it usually just puts them on them front page.
If they are there try putting them into the music folder, and that should work.

God Bless
