hi ive been asking round for you about the error code your having i found out that the E-1 error code relates to aa fuse that is associated with the light but the rest of the code ive been told is going to be with a short circuit on the board more than likely to do with the light problem.
This isnt a repair you can do yourself as you would need to be able to use multimeter and follow schematic diagrammes so you can take readings at various test points on the board its not going to be an expensive repair more than likely just bad solder joint or dry solder joint should just need resoldering let me know if you need further assistance ok

Hi, i need help with my monitor, it makeing some really strange interferences and i need help

Hi yaniv336,
There are couples of easy steps that will solve your problem!
1. Look out for any Electromagnetic field emitting devices next to your
monitor and move themaway(like phones, big magnets, speakers...)
2.Make sure that the monitor's plug, is well plugged and notmoving around.
3. On some systems, it is possible to reset therefresh rate of the monitor to line frequency (60 Hz) without serious sideeffects. More often, though, this will result in a sacrifice of resolution, andin almost all cases, the jitter will have been traded for flicker (the refreshrate has been increased by the monitor manufacturer to avoid flicker - the eyecan detect a refresh of the image at 60 Hz). Further, if the backgroundmagnetic fields are strong enough, even setting the refresh rate to 60 Hz willnot remove all of the jitter.
4. If all above doesn't work, and you can't stand the interference simply buyand LCD screen and never have these kind of trouble again.

Reset Micro Processor

In these days many things are controlled by microprocessors (computers) that oversee the operation of your equipment. Examples are sewing machines, TVs, Satellite Receivers, most audio and video equipment and video games. There are many more including vacuum cleaners and toasters.

If you have difficulty operating a product that contains a computer control the first thing you can try is to unplug the unit from the wall. Wait about 10 minutes and then plug it back in. The computer will restart it's program from step 1 and likely operate normally if that was the problem. If your unit has a back up battery like an alarm clock/radio you need to remove that battery too.

The reason this trouble happens is because the local power company picks up broadcast signals on their wires and also might have am occasional glitch. If those sorts of things aren't filtered out then microprocessors can get confused.

There is no category to cover this generic fix.

I cannot get 5:1 surround sound out of my PC

I am not quite sure if you are connecting the pc to a HD receiver or straight to a HD dvd player. IF you are connected to a HD dvd player only, you will need to connect your speaker to your PC to get the 5.1 sound. The sequences is Front speakers to the Lime port, Center and sub to the Orange port and rear speakers to the black port. Hope this helps you out. Good Luck

This code means: Flatbed optical-unit-motor failure

Steps to check this failure
1. Verify that the optical-unit lock is in the unlocked position.

2. Verify that the flatbed optical unit moves during initialization when the power is turned on.

Use the control-panel diagnostic menu to test the scanner motor. See "Diagnostic tests below.

3. Contact HP Customer Care for further assistance.

Copier reset procedure.

hi fixya180,

It seems that the error code 541 (which indicates a problem with the heating unit thermistor in the machine), cannot be reset by the user for safety reasons, ref;**&p_li=&p_topview=1

This error requires service support from your local authorized dealer or original point of purchase. You say that you've verified the functionality of your fuser unit; then a authorized Savin printer technician will probably just have to reset the error code of your copier.

Hope you find this info helpful in solving the problem and thanks for using the FixYa service
Kind regards

Konica Minolta C6500 Error Message

There is a paper somewhere in the copier. Maybe earlier you have a paper jam and one paper or just a part of the paper is still in the copier.

Most likely the paper is near the imaging unit.

There might be a problem with Printer Spooling Service. If you are using Windows do the following:

1. Go to start.
2. Choose "Run" and type: services.msc.
3. Press the Enter/Return key on your keyboard.
4. A screen will pop up. Locate the "Print Spooler" service.
5. Doubleclick it, if it has stopped: click Start.
If it is already running, click, Stop, and then Start.
