Mine had the same problem ... all the lights are on, but no heating on the plate, and no dripping of water.

After a weekend on the workbench, I've mastered this machine. The KM7005 has 2 x MicroTemp G4 thermal cutoff (TCO) fuses which interrupt the Live line, for overheat protection. Mine didn't overheat per se, but the TCO blew anyway. Not reset-able ... need to be replaced with a soldering iron. I'll be happy to advise you to fix this, or fix it for you. Write me at [email protected].

The car is overheating and blowing cold air out of the heater. replaced the thermostat and still haven the same problem. what else could i check for?

it sounds like either your head gasket has gone or your water pump is not working correctly. try taking off your radiator / expansion tank cap and turning over engine, if the water is pushed out of the tank your engine is pressurising, a sign of blown head gasket. to check the water pump is not as easy. check to see if the radiator is getting hot and fan cutting in.

Hot/cold water dispenser. Why is cold indicator blinking and no cold water dispensed?

We typically service Hoshizaki, but you may not be getting water into the resivior. Depending on model, you may need to remove bottle and probe and check the silicone seal, reseal and re attach. Also be sure that hoses are connected and fully pushed into the connectors. And of course make sure you have a water supply. Could take up to an hour for water to re chill again. Hope this helps. The washer is set on cold/cold. The hot water faucet is turned off. The washer should not be asking for hot water because it is set to cold/cold. It asks for and received cold water. At some point...

Newer machines know the water temperature. It will mix hot water even on a cold setting if the incoming water is too cold. Detergents need a temperature of at least 60 to activate. This will only happen in the winter usually.

I have a hot water circulator when i turn on the cold water hot water comes out for about 30 seconds before the cold water will come out. What could be causing this?

This is could be because the system is set up to use the cold water line as the return to the HWH.

Hot water recirculation systems generally consist of a pump, an integrated electronic controller, and a zone valve. When the activation button is pushed, or when another type of control turns the system on, the pump starts recirculating cooled water that's been sitting in the hot water line and sends it back to the water heater through the cold water line.

If you would like..Google "hot water re-circulation theory"...it further explains this senario.

Mixed Water Fill Causes Issues with Water Pressure

You will have to be specific about what problem the pump is having. It seems to pump ok for everything else. Could the hot solenoid be shorting and sending electricity down the water to bother the pump? Solenoids are not real expensive, try a new one.

Cold water suply filling up header tank in loft thru hot water suply on shower.

hi did you run a seperate cold water supply from the storage tank to the shower pump & also a seperate hot supply from the hot water cylinder, it sounds as though the cold water is crossing into the hot service & pushing its way up to the tank as its the only way it can go, sounds as though the cold water connection to the shower is not tank fed & possibly directly off the water main.?
