- When i start up my KE600, the splash screen shows and just stays there. There is no further functionality. It won't even turn off again. I have to reset it by pulling the battery. I've tried removing the sim and memry card, and restarting it. No Joy. I tried leaving it overnight with no power or battery, still no joy. this type of hanging you are facing bcoz of problem in software...
this problem may be due to the virus attackfromthe sources like pc or wit the transfer of any datas like songs from the other phone via bluetooth.........so the virus has made some of the files unstable which is needed 4 the operating of the cell phones....
so i suggest you to flash your mobile with the technician and install new software for it....
try installing good antivirus once....
