should be in settings right on the printer

Go to "Devices and printer" and right click on the 1320, go down to "printer properties" and click. When the new box opens click on "device settings" tab and scroll down to installable option and find Duplex unit. Be sure it is set to installed, if not set it. Now your printer should duplex again.

no memory cartuge,why?

re load the software and check the buffer system

check to make sure if the ink or your toner is install properly becoz it might fell of its correct position.

Please uninstall the current PCL driver and upgrade the same with UPD PCL5 (dont install PCL6) from http://www.hp.com/go/upd

I'd suggest downloading and installing the PS (PostScript) driver from HP here: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=410624&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=410622&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=228

Then use the PS driver when you're printing .pdf files. Use your existing PCL driver when printing all other types.
