When you push the power switch on over and over again quickly you can hear the fan on the CPU spin up. The computer does not start. Every so ofter the computer will start and boot to windows and then unexpectantly it shuts off instantly. The power jack is loose but I can make a connection eventually, the battery symbol blinks. In windows the battery shows charged, 93%. Is there a power chip or regulator that when connected charges the battery and supplies power to the computer? If this was intermittent could it short the power feeding the motherboard and cause the computer to shutdown instantly?

I have the same problem. However, I am certain the reason the computer power's down is due to a broken DC Jack. Unfortunately, I've had this problem with both of my Averatec 3200 computers!~ Does anyone know how to fix this or who can fix this?

The starter fuse is a 50 amp fuse in the engine fuse junction box, as for the ignition it is fused by a 20 amp fuse that gives power to the crank and cam sensor, restore the ignition in the proper way,the reason being you dont have spark.

Try to do a reset, follow these instructions if this does not work. Reseat the battery.
Resetting your player: 1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button for approximately 20 seconds. 2. Release the Power/Menu button. 3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player.

Resetting a Sansa View, Fuze, or Clip player: 1. Slide and hold the Power switch up for approximately 20 seconds. 2. Release the Power switch. 3. To turn the player on, slide the Power switch up then release instantly.

MY DODGE RAM HAS A FACTORY INSTALLED REMOTE START BUT THE REMOTE STOPED WORKING I CHANGED THE BATTERY BUT STILL DOES NOT WORK ANY DEAS WHY

Oreilly Automotive stores have a little device the picks up a signal from a remote. Maybe your local parts store will have one. This will verify that your key F.O.B. is working. After that....fuses or possibly a frequency switch in the key FOB got bumped when you changed batteries. Otherwise, catastrophic failure....sorry.
