Jen Air Dishwasher JDB2100AWS (by 5 users)
On the control panel: only one button works - scrub sensor. None of the rest work.
Also, it doesn't always drain correctly.

Have the same problem, only certain green lights come on on the touchpad, does anyone ever answer these questions or give some input on this site. it seems like most of us just post problems and no one ever posts a reply! Hope someone could post on how to fix/costs etc.

Hi -
None of my buttons work now - I used to have to really SLAM the door to be able to get any of the buttons to work - now NONE do. Could this be a simple connection problem with the latch, or is this likely a more expensive fix?

The quick wash is all that will light up on the panel. No response from any other button. JDB2100 AWS
