Question about OKI Pacemark 3410 Matrix Printer
I have a Visual FoxPro program that prints to an Okidata 3410. I don't send any font information, just print statements. The person who used the printer just retired and the IT people removed her network login, which was the only one given access to the printer. So they then created a new group of users on the network that can access the printer. However, now the same program prints in a very different format. It sounds like it is printing much more compressed and possibly the font is different. The printer says 10 pitch but it doesn't sound like it. Unfortunately they have also lost the User's Manual, so I am trying to help them figure this out. Of course the IT people just say it is the foxpro problem, but I don't see how it could be. Nothing has changed there.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated or even a manual might help. Thanks
