Question about NetGear WNR854T Router (WNR854T100NAS)
The problem is that the radio is dead inside the unit, if you open the box and pull the card out the wired portion of the router will come back to life! so at this point all you have is a internet router.

This router is notorious for the internal components that broadcast the wireless signal to go bad. If it is still under the MFG warranty, I highly suggest you go that route. You can pay something like $16 and have them forward a new one to you (but it will be of the same model so it is likely to go bad too) and you ship the defective one back (they send you a postage paid label). www.netgear.com - check their forums too.... a LOT of people are having issues with this specific router.

Reset to defaults and start over.
It's possible your router is dead.
