Brightness and contrast is adjusted to maximum, but still not sufficient.

The TV is seven months old. I should mention the TV was dropped on the floor and that is where all the problems started.
I have the same problem.

how old is it? as TV's age, the high voltage starts to leak and the brightness decreases.
