Problem for Ariston Technologies AWD121WH

Water coming from soap drawer

When the wash gets to the spin cycle water is coming from the soap drawer, this did happen a while ago and technition said it was a blocked filter and did clear it. I have cleaned out the drawer but the water is still coming out. Could you please tell me where the filter is so i could try to unblock it! Many Thanks Vicky

take back off machine, at the bottom of the drum is a very large clip slacken off and clean out fillter (looks like a bellows)
you will find a lot of muck in the filter
did this last week and its now running ok

this worked for me. Pour generous amounts of boiling water directly into the soap dispenser particularly arounf the fabric conditioner input, do this slowly so you do not risk being scolded. Good luck
