I want my phone to divert to another extension after 4 rings. It currently rings 12 times before it diverts. How do I do this?

When you say; divert to another extension do you mean an answering machine or similar device. The ring count is controlled by the setting on that device and it's either a mechanical switch or a software setting. Thanks. Jer
