Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)
New problem has arisen. When I try to add music to my c250 it says it is there but it really isn't. I purchased a new USB cable for the unit but nothing seems to work. Any solutions?

In order for you to resolve the problem you are having, you will have to update the firmware on the device...This is a common problem whenever the device firmware is corrupted...To download the device firmware you need to go to site below....
And also you need to check the device USB mode under setting...It has to be under MTP mode or auto...should you need any other assistance please contact me or you can call call sandisk at 1-866-726-3475
