Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)

Unable to download anything SanDisk c250

New problem has arisen. When I try to add music to my c250 it says it is there but it really isn't. I purchased a new USB cable for the unit but nothing seems to work. Any solutions?

    Computer says it cannot find software, and I cand find the CD-ROM that came with the device. Thanks anyway.

    it did`nt work !! i updated the firmware and still, when i plug it in it does`nt show the mp3 files (and there r for sure) .

In order for you to resolve the problem you are having, you will have to update the firmware on the device...This is a common problem whenever the device firmware is corrupted...To download the device firmware you need to go to site below....

    What version of winfows are you running? what version of windows media player do you have? If you are running 10, please upgrade to 11 and you will acquire the driver you need for your device...

    To update the version of windows media player go to...

    www.windowsmediaplayer.com

    and click on download WMP11 for xp...let me what the outcome is...

It sounds like you have a music subscription with some music company...download a new song and transfer it to your device...that should solve the problems..if that doenst do it..format your device and tried to transfer song again..

The best way to install music is to download your music on computer connect usb cord and computer should read it go to sync on add drag your music to the column on right side Make sure you have windows 11

Deleting


You can manually delete the music thru My Computer. My Computer>Device Name (c250)>Media>Music You can see all of the music by albums and delete what you want. Please add to this question if you need more assistance. Best of Luck.
