It is not possible to unlock such phones by codes as it is well secured. So go to technician and he will do needfull for you with some special software tools.

I have the same problem.Lobster 320 was a Gift from England,but i live in Germany.When i put a German Simcard inside,it want the net unlock code.i contacted Virgin mobile already,but they say i must be registered in England to get the unlock code.Can anyone help?
