I have an imate pda2k pocket pc and is working good. Out of curiosity i tried hard reset and it ends to align screen. Everytime i made a hard reset the screen show " tap the screen to setup your pocket pc"...

tap and hold on align target until it moves to next corner or next step, if you are using windows 6 or 6.5 you should be very much accurate on taping and holding to align the screen.

The align keeps on and on

You should align your screen by tapping each time (Just tap a bit carefully and with a little bit more pressure) that cross shows up during the setup process. It should take 4-5 steps and at the end you can follow the other setup instructions. Hope this helps.

This was taken from the users manual......

2. On the General tab, tap Align Screen, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration.

hope that helps.
