in my years of having touch screen phones: they never end well.
they are very easy to break or mess up the touch screen. and once this has happened....you need a new one.
turn a claim in to your phone service. maybe insurance will get you new one. be careful!
hello,all you need do is just to visit an expert repairer to check if the outside screen or the inner screen is faulty.if any of them is faulty you will have to fix them up so as not to witness the freezing mode again. kindly rate this solution if it's helpful, take care.
Sounds like you have a broken digitizer screen. Somebody needs to open your
blackberry to replace it. Go to your provider, they might replace the phone
for you. If they refuse and If you want somebody else to do
it for you go to Blackberry Repair.
Not sure why it happens, but my behold would start up and then turn off, start up and then turn off, cycling over and over. I checked internet and no one had an answer. Finally tried this and it seemed to work. When the behold finally gets to the first screen (with widgets, phone, ph.book, web, and menu on the bottom of screen) I pushed on the touchscreen menu button. I only had a few seconds before it shuts down and restarts. The menu screen popped up and I went to the "settings" and then "reset settings". It asks for a password (I used 12345), and then confirm password. This will reset your phone, but you will also lose info. or pics on your phone. Phone then did an automatic restart and my phone was back working. I was then able to restore my phonebook #'s because tmobile has an automatic phonebook backup. I hope this helps anyone with the same problem I had. Makes me angry that when I called tmobile they said no one has called with this issue yet I have found many people with the same problem. Obviously some type of glitch that seems to have an easy fix.

This is as satisfiying to me as watching micheal jordans final shot! any ? contact me at [email protected] ok i figured it out. for all those people that have gotten the dreaded phone freeze om samsung propel a767 or any other samsung phone so far not sure about touch screen. first look for a local unlocker in ur area or somewher that can provide the codes and get the unlock code and phone freeze code. mine was only 20 for both and took less than 24 to retrieve. email me for his info. insert sim that you want to use (tmobile). you get the screen which says phone freeze. type in the freeze unlock code which was given and the press the att logo/menu button. **YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE NUMBERS YOU ARE TYPING SO KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOU INPUT** after you have entered number and pressed button then you will get a network lock screen. this is where you type in ur unlock code. type that in press confirm and BAMM!!!! you are now able to use tmobile sim

If you forgot your password for your samsung behold tmobile it is eassy to reset. just follow these steps : Step 1: Turn your phone off Step 2: press and hold down volume and hold call button and End button if done right you will see a Reset mode pop on your display screen step 3: This picture with icon over a phone pops just Press "MENU" and wait for your phone to boot and then enjoy.
