HOW DI I CONNECT MY HANDSET HF-1000 TO A SAMSUNG PHONE

To pair the headset in manually pairing mode:
1. With the headset off, press the center POWER button for 7 seconds until you see the headset blue light turn solid blue (no loneger flashing).
2. The indicator light will turn solid blue, which indicates that the headset is in "Pairing mode".
3. In the phone, you now have to add the headset to the phone's list of Bluetooth devices.
4. You have to enter a Bluetooth passkey in the phone. The default passkey is 0000.

These directions apply to a lot of different bluetooth headsets. If "0000" (four zeros) does not work, try "0001" (three zeros and a one) or "1234".

Hope this helps!

I was not able to connect my jabra bt2050 and have tried passkeys 1111,0000,1234,9999 still could not connect ,is there any wau of reseting my passkey

Have you already tried to put your headset in pairing mode (i.e. prone to be discovered by your phone) first? Anyway, if it has never been paired to another device before, just by turning it on, it should enter the pairing mode, denoted by its indicator light steadily lit. Otherwise, starting with it turned off, press and hold the on/off button for some 5 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit. Then, bring your headset and phone close to each other, and make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or passkey, or PIN) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros, without the quotes). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode. There could be an indication on your phone that a bluetooth headset is connect too.
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can assist you any further.
Regards, Carlos

What's the passkey for my bluetooth ? Than you !

If you are looking for the passkey for your bluetooth headset, by default, it is usually 12345,1234.0000 or 00000.
If you need the passkey for your phone's bluetooth connection, you have to set this one by yourself. There is no default passkey for it.
When you want to pair with another phone, you enter the same key as you entered on your phone on the phone you want to pair with.
Hope this helped you? Please comment for more information

Transfer address book from curve8330 to iphone via bluetooth asks for numeric passkey to pair up

When you are pairing two 'smart' devices (e.g. phones, computers) with each other, the user starting the pairing procedure may choose any sequence of numbers he/she can think of, as a passkey (e.g. the code which is widely used by headsets, '0000' (four zeros)), provided that the device which receives the pairing request specifies that same passkey.
Hope it works for you.
Anyway, please, let me know if you need further informations.

I juat want to ask the passkey for motorola h505

i recently activated and paired my motorola bluetooth headset to my blackberry 9650. I found online a motorola page through a search which had a support section in which was an illustrated guide for pairing headset to handset, which was extremely helpful. However neither phone nor headset had a correct model number listed, so I choose similar a handset and headset to use for the illistrated support. After turning on the bluetooth, making sure it is discoverable (which should be the default setting on your bluetooth since there is no screen or buttons for you to change things besides on/off and volume), and pairing the two, the phone asks for a pass code for the headset. Now as i said in the beginning you have to choose a certain model handset and headset, so in the illustration they give you pass code for the specific headset, however my headset was not listed. I have a motorola bluetooth model number h505 and i choose model number h520. The pass code given for the h520 was 0000, which worked for my h505. I just went back to the site and there is an option for passkeys (passkey, pass code, and pairing code are all the same thing). If you have motorola, the code is either 1234, or 0000 (four zeros). This is the link directly to the motorola support site, I hope this novel I just wrote helps, good luck. https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/21216/p_country_code/US

Follow these steps to pair your phone with the bluetooth device.

Pairing
With the headset and phone close together:
1 With the headset off, hold the Multifunction Button until the LED remains on (about 5 seconds).
2 Perform a device discovery from the phone. For details on device discovery for your phone, refer to the phone’s user’s guide.
When the scan is complete, the phone displays the devices found.
3 Select the Motorola HS820 from the discovered devices list and confirm following the on screen prompts.
Action
4 When prompted by the phone, enter the passkey 0000 and confirm to pair the headset with the phone.

How to get a bluetooth passkey

hi there,
if you are pairing the bluetooth headset device with your cell than the default passkey is 0000 (you can also check the user guide for bluetooth headset). and that will work with your phone.

if your pairing the phone with other phone then you need to create your own passkey to pair it with other device (try 1234) and the same key you have to write on other phone once you will do that your phone will be paired and you are able to use it.

i hope it will help you.
best of luck
