Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I HAVE A PHONE THAT READS ATT ON THE OUTSIDE THAT I BOUGHT FROM TRADERS VILLAGE. I PUT MY TMOBILE SIM CARD IN AND IT READS "CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER". IMEI 358321012644454. PLEASE HELP ME WHAT SHOULD I DO? ANY HELP I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE....
The IMEI is the serial number for the phone.
The phone has been "locked" to ATT's network. This is usually done to prevent people from taking the phone to another carrier (like T-Mobile), as phones are sold for less than cost typically (thats why they want you to sign a term of contract for your plan).
If you don't want to be an ATT customer, you can call them and request the subsidy lock code, but I am sure they will charge you for it.
I hope this helps any confusion you may have had. Sorry I couldn't give you better news.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
