It sounds like your Roomba's brush gears are not working. Run the robot without the dust bin to see if the brushes are turning. If they are not, the robot will need to be replaced. Contact iRobot CS for support at (877) 855-8593.
even if the 2 brush rollers are clean you need to pull the small yellow ends of the roller off [the funny lookin ones].hair ect. get jamed in there .use a knife or small screw driver to pull the build up out.hope this helps
Mine was doing this too. I think the stair sensors might have been dirty. I used compressed air to blow out the entire front of it and it started acting normal again.
