Here's someone else that had a similar problem. It ended up being a bad ribbon cable connection to its connector. If you're lucky, simply reseating some of the obvious ribbon cables into their connectors may help, in particular any ribbon cable leading from the power switch. Note that if you've never seen one, most ribbon cable connectors have little hinge points that you lift with your fingernail to unseat the cable:

Remember if you decide to proceed, it's ultimately your responsibility. Also note that there is a risk of electrical shock:

And finally, not sure what an SD70 is? Did you instead mean SD700 IS? If so, maybe one of the following disassembly guides may be of help. Recommend not proceeding any further than to simply gain access to the ribbon cable connectors:

My button for turn it on is broken

You may want to call Sony and inquire about the issue. If your button is broken, and the console won't turn on, you may either have it plugged in a power socket that doesn't have any power, the switch on the back may be turned off, or your console may be defective. Ensure that there's power, and the switch is on (the I should be pressed in, and the O should be facing outwards) before contacting Sony.

Play station three will not turn on on then off when power button is pushed.

First, old PS3 or new slim PS3?

The old models have a power switch on the back that must be on. You'll know its on if you have a red light on the front of your console.

To turn the PS3 on, press the power button. A light should turn green, and you're good to go.

To turn off the older PS3's, you must hold the power switch down for several seconds. For the new slim model, just press the button quickly.

The high voltage power supply is going bad on both units.. Pretty soon, it won't power up at all. For a fact.
Don't try to replace the power supplies, TV's are too cheap.
