Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
The go gear has stopped dead just like that. It was working yesterday night and I switched it off before sleeping. In the morning it has stopped responding, it will not switch on. I thought chrage was drained so tried to charge via USB but it was not detected by PC also. Its just dead. I had bought it about 20 days ago and since then till yesterday night it was flawless and smooth....I am really confused, Plz Help!
Open up the device manager program.
Push the reset button on the device with a pin.
Press and hold the Vol + button whilst plugging into the PC.
Device Manager should go into repair mode.
Follow the on-screen prompts.
When finished, disconnect usb and reconnect quickly. Player should say loading, and then go into transfer mode.
Disconnect and reconnect player again. Screen should say
Repair is now complete.
* If player flashes "Initializing" & "GoGear" alternately, then resatart the process again. If it still doesn't work then there's not much else you can do.
