Still sounds like there is a problem with the fuser unit. The technician that replaced the parts should be able to troubleshoot the problem.
C6 = Fuser error. The unit is not heating up due to a bad Fuser lamp, fuse, or thermostat, or bad thermistor.
The circuit is open, and the machine won't work til the problem is repaired. Once open circuit is repaired/closed, the machine should reset on it's own after you power the machine down and back up.
Does the machine flash the C6 right away as soon as you turn it on OR, does the C6 show up after about 3-5 minutes?
If you get the C6 right away, then the circuit is open, and that needs to be fixed.
If you get a c6 after 3-5 minutes, then there is a good chance the lamp is bad.
