Question about Epson Stylus Photo R1800 InkJet Printer

Cx8400 printer i printed a document and it never came out, i can't see the paper inside.

    hi thanks for the quick response but the thing is the printer accepted the paper and when i first saw it i knew already somethings wrong because the printer took the paper in a wrong way before it reaches inside it is already crumpled and i knew i will experience a paper jam and when i look for the paper inside i cant find it anymore. too bad because it's only been 3 months since i bought the printer and i just rarely use it:(

    I also cannot even see my jammed paper. I think I am opening the scanner, I can't see what else I could possibly open without taking the machine apart. Should I start unscrewing things?

For the Cx8400 printer.
If the paper doesn’t eject fully, you may have set the wrong paper size. Press the Stop/Clear Settings button, then open the scanner and remove the paper.
Select the correct paper size before you reprint.

i have this link below that gives you allinformation about your Epson printer. specifically the manual , required for review to address the issue with the ink cartridge error.

I send a document to the printer, hit print, the paper goes through the printer, and comes out blank. what do i do to remedy this problem?

I think it could be your printer driver I would unstoll your deiver then reinstol your driver, it worth a try do work some times.

My paper just rolls through the printer


Happened with mine
Just send the image to the printer with it switched off
Then turn it on
Worked with mine but dont shout at me if it doesnt!!

Epson cx8400 Black Ink Cartridge doesn't work on Printing


I put alcohol in inside the printer, where you insert the ink cartruges then cleaned with paper towl and it works for me.....

Are you using Windows XP? If you are go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services and stop the Print Spooler Service. This should clear the pending print jobs.

Then re-start the service.

Epson Stylus CX8400 Paper Jam Error


I have the same exact problem of paper half torn removed but I can not see the other half anywhere. The printer has hardly worked for at the most six pages and now showing paper jam error. How do I fix it?
