I can open SMS texts just fine, but I can't download any of my MMS messages. I get the error message saying "memory full." I saw someone say they were having the same problem, but they had to reformat their phone using built in utility. How do I do that???

These phones comes with Chinese mms and sms settings only. You need to set it up yourself. if you want let me know what's your service provider, I have the info. about T-Mobile, but I guess we can get any other information from Google.
delete unnessary things from ur phone memory. if u don't see anything ur phone memory but it contains some data. or which do u want that the mms size too large. u can go to mms and if u find out any unnessary mms then delete that. it will be solved

Most setups are listed directly on this site. I took this qute from someone asking the same question.
I didnt see the thread they were ytalking bout, but they are suggesting stting it up like the Nokia 2610. I would recommend posting this question again on the above site. Below is what I copied from there.
Hi I'm in Sydney and use Optus mms and wap with no problems. If you look in this thread under the topic Easy configure MMS. Follow the instructions to the Nokia site for the 2610 and you should get a text back to set up MMS and the internet. Good luck It worked fine for me.
I realized that my contacts in my phone book did not have a 1 before the area code and number, so I went through my phone book and change all the numbers to 1-253-XXX-XXXX, and now they show up on my text messages.
