Question about Refrigerators
Empty the fridge freezer and defrost completely (suggest overnight). The freezer section has a coil behind the back wall normally and what you have described is a frozen coil. Then restart the system. If the thermostat or temporary fault was the reason then this should cure it. If your problem reoccurs within three weeks then you might have a defrost problem. If you do have a problem then make sure you get straight back to where you bought it from as soon as possible a you should not be charged. Hope this is of some help.
