Can't copy file from computer to MP3 player

In any windows program, you should be able to go to My Computer, double click the icon for the extra drive, it may show up as an external usb device, rather than tight clicking and choosing copy, try dragging the itunes folder to the new destination, i.e. your usb device.

When i connect joybee in my pc, i can not see my files

umm are your files on the mp3 players hard drive or on an SD card?

if they are on the harddrive, plug the usb cable into computer and mp3player, go to 'My Computer' there should be a new drive found called Joybee '130 (E,F,G,etc:)' double click this drive, withinn the drive should be three folders, FMRadio, MICIN, and MP3, double click mp3, drag and drop (or copy-paste) the mp3 files into the folder and you should be good.

If your files are on an SD card, you will need an SD cardreader, plug the cardreader into the computer, and again drag and drop(or copy-paste) the mp3 files onto the card

Ive lost the cd to install my mp3 player!

First you need to plug it in to the USB port, if you are running anything newer than windows 98 you won't need a driver. Double click on my computer and it shows up as a removable disc(usually drive letter f:), double click this drive to open it as folder. This folder will show you all directory's and files on your player, here you can delete any songs on your player by finding the file and deleteing it. From here you can also put your music onto the player by copying and pasting your music files from your hard drive. If you are not sure where your music is located you can run a search by clicking START>SEARCH>FOR FILES OR FOLDERS (if you are running XP click pictures music or video, check music then click search, each file will have it's location in small print below it's name, or you can right click each song and hit copy, then go back to f: drive and right click and hit paste, you can copy more than one). Hope this helps.

"Synch problem: Synchronise to continue your music subscription"

I would suggest formatting the unit and trying again, but this time do not sync it with media player. Plug it into your USB and got "My Computer", the player will show up as a removable disc usually drive f:, right click on the drive and hit format, quick format shoudl work. Once formated double click the removable disc drive, and then click and drag or copy and paste your music into this drive and see what happens. That player should support WMA files, but just to let you know, if you convert those files to MP3 it will take about half the space and therefot you can store more music at once. L8R Hope this helps and good luck

How do i delete old music

Ok well usually the MP3 player will show up as a "Drive" in My Computer & as such one may cut, copy, & paste as usual within windows, so.. usually, ya right click the "Drive" and select explore.. then find the Music file(s) you wish, right click it, and select delete. To copy a file.. ya can simply cut & paste to the MP3 player.
