My Bionaire Warm Mist BWM0400-U stopped working after I cleaned it. I not only cleaned the tray but also soaked the part that fits into the water tray in vinegar as it was caked with calcium from the very hard water we have. I was careful not to let any water touch the electronics but it no longer works. No power light comes on at all. Thanks Christiaan

Your component has digital technology which has a tendency to 'lock up'.A reset solution for your problem is to simply unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in.That should fix your problem. If it is easier to pull the circuit breaker, that is fine also.Digital components are defined mainly as things which are programmable such as ovens and refrigerators with LCD or LED displays, thermostats,DVR's,answer machines,TV's and much more. Some things which are not exactly programmable but can be reset the same way are video game consoles, modems, battery operated devices, telephones. you have any questions or need more help, just comment here and I will get an autolink to your post and reply ASAP.Greg
usually it calls for one cap full per gallon of water that the unit has. what you do then is that you put the solution in the water then you put the tank back on the base and then you turn the unit on and let the solution run through your unit.
the cleaning product that you have you need to use once cap full per gallon of water. so if it's 5 gallons you need to use 5 cap fulls. so forth and so forth. that is the easiest way to tell you. and then you let the unit run with the solutions and the water for the hole time until the water runs out. and your unit will be cleaned
