If you mean the phones password the only way is a hard reset, remove wait 10 seconds and replace the battery. If you mean the sim password/Pin contact your service provider (company who supply your sim)
press and hold the two soft keys (the two buttons with a "-" each side of the navigation keys) while breafly pressing the power switch then follow the instructions. If it boots up as normal, remove the battery and try again.
NOTE this will remove all data and restore to the installed rom
