Solderless breadboard I have a science project that requires a small solderless breadboard Radio Shack part 276-175. I can't seem to locate one. Is there something else that will work just as well. It is for a device to monitor atmospheric haze.

My RCA HDTV d52w20 won't turn on

Many times located inside the TV is a small fuse. It's very possible that this fuse has blown. Open the TV up and locate it and if it's blown take it to Radio shack and they can help you find the proper replacement. Hope this helps!

I have a Radio shack hand help police scanner, when I put the batteries in and turn it on, i just hear this low level static and some small clicking noise. The display finally came on for a few minutes but...

Take the scanner back to radio shack for an exchange. If you have had the radio too long then take the scanner back to radio shack and they will send it to their service center for repairs. Personnally I would upgrade to a digital scanner as things are getting ready to change nation wide. Most goverments will be upgrading to P25 digital to comply with the requirements of Homeland Security.

What can i do for an science fair project

Build an electric motor! It's simple and cheap. Do some research on how electric motors work for your backboard. Just make sure you use MAGNET wire if you decide to tackle this. It's available at any Radio Shack. Here's the how to:

Just a science project for a 14 yr old a simple emergency frequency scanner. Is there a kit or something?

Nothing that Ive seen for a scanner, probably too advanced for a 14yo. Usually an AM/FM radio or other type solar kits, try this link. I'.m sure you'll find somehting interesting. I remember when I was 14, we couldn;t afford these types of things and I would have loved to have had them. Good luck on the project. You can also Google solar powered kits to see if anything else comes up, I'm sure their are 100's if not 1000's of kits out there.
