The underside of the scanner glass can only be reached by a a canon service tech. The compartment is supposed to be sealed and dust-free, so if it has gotten dirty, you should send the unit back to Canon for servicing.

Very true... I find scanners even at thrift stores for really cheap. I think if there really is significant dirt on the underside of the glass it is probably a sign of some other kind of defect that will bite you eventually anyway.

I have a Canon D320 copier that is leaving roller marks on the copy. How do I clean the rollers? Is there any way to remove said rollers?

You may need to remove the paper tray to access the rollers. There is usually a clip on one end of the roller that holds it onto a rod. You can clean the rollers with an alcohol pad, it may not even be necessary to remove them.I hope this helps, keep me posted!

I am working with a canon imageclass d320. I believe there is a problem with the fuser and am wondering how i can gain access to the fuser? There is nothing in the manual about the fuser either.

Hello,
from the left side of machine there are door, when You open them you will have access to fusing unit, but only to the paper exit section.

To dismantle the machine you need to strip all the plastics and much more...
