Samsung dvd driver software

I dont know what version your operating system is but you can try 2 things....
First; right click set up program fro your DVD drivers set up software and chose properties, then click on "compatibility tab" and place a check mark in the "run this program in compatibility mode " close up properties for program and try to install. if this doesn't work then try extracting the drivers to a setperate folder on your disk and run the driver update wizard from the device manager in windows, tell it NOT to search for a driver to install that you will install from a list or other location and navigate to the folder where you extracted your drivers and choose the drivers you downloadedd for you burner then reboot
